Customer Support Representative

We are looking for talented Customer Support professionals to help with our goal.

We are in a need for a manager who obsesses about providing the ultimate customer experience.

You Will

  • Develop an in-depth m-commerce knowledge
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide support & guidance on non-technical related questions (e.g: marketing, sales, other e-commerce setup questions)
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Drive thoughtful and effective communication with AmpifyMe development team.

You Are

  • Preferable customer support experience
  • Excellent in communication and presentation skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passionate about problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Customer orientated and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Experience with or able to quickly pick-up different e-commerce platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
